Aluminium specially designed interlocking sliding sections with flat top rungs for comfort and safety. Factory assembled to save you time. Complete with fixings, hinges for trap door, touch latch, pole and hook. Simple height adjustment. The top section is drilled to take handrail if required, handrail is available as an extra (please see below). Made to BS 7553 1992 Class G Max safe load: 100Kg. Min. loft opening 457mm wide, 560mm long. Max. ceiling to floor height: 3m Min loft clearance required 762mm, floor clearance 1050mm.
